If packages are returned to us because of incorrect address information or because they are unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery at your expense.

Sandy Creek Olive Oil and Mountain Pepper are natural products, processed and packaged with care.  As with all food products there is always a small risk, for some people, of an allergic reaction.  We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to our natural food products.

Complaints and Damages

Sandy Creek Olive Oil and Mountain Pepper orders are non-refundable.  

All products are packaged with care and are fully inspected prior to shipping. If you have any concern about the condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase.  We will require you to email a photo of any defective product or damaged packaging to info@sandycreek.com.au and we will contact you.
